In my self love challenge group this month we’ve been talking a lot about grounding exercises and connecting with the earth. Living in Connecticut and having three snowstorms in the last 10 days, that’s easier said than done! So yesterday, I went on a mission to find spots with no snow and ended up at the beach, my true happy place (even in 28 degree weather!). Being barefoot and connecting with the earth for just a few minutes a day has so many positive effects on health and stress management. It’s something my ptsd coach has really inspired me to be more conscious about! . And of course, rocked my @ellieactivewear February set for the day of exploring!
